Shipping
Every revival is made to order and sent to you under tracked carriage. Here is exactly how, where, and at what cost we deliver.

Where We Ship
Worldwide, within the law
We ship to every country not prohibited by the United States government. Destinations subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions — or otherwise restricted under export-control regulations — cannot be served. If your delivery address falls outside what we are permitted to reach, we will tell you in your written estimate before any payment is taken.
Rates & Estimates
Flat-rate, and stated up front
International delivery is charged at a deliberately inexpensive flat rate. Your exact shipping cost is calculated for your destination and written into your estimate alongside the price of the work itself — so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. There are no shipping surcharges added after the fact on our end.
Duties & Taxes
Paid by the recipient
All import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These are set by your local authorities, not by us, and are collected separately — typically by the carrier at or before delivery. They are not included in your estimate and we cannot calculate or waive them on your behalf.
Processing & Dispatch
Made first, then shipped
Because each revival is composed to order, dispatch follows production rather than preceding it. The expected timeline is set out in your estimate. Once your order leaves us, you receive a tracking number by email.
Customs & Transit
Clearance can add time
Customs inspection and clearance are outside our control and can extend delivery beyond the carrier's quoted transit window. As alcohol-based fragrance is a regulated material for air transport, some destinations or service levels may route by surface or carry additional handling requirements. We package every order to meet the applicable shipping regulations; where a destination limits how fragrance may travel, your estimate will reflect it.
Addresses & Returned Parcels
Accuracy is the recipient's responsibility
Please confirm your delivery address is complete and correct before approving your estimate. Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable as addressed — including those held or destroyed at customs — are the recipient's responsibility, and any return or re-shipment carriage is billable. This is consistent with the terms set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Lost or Damaged
Tell us and we'll act
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact us promptly and we will open a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution. Storage and handling guidance for your bottle once it arrives is in our Care Notes.
